This is much more the style I usually work in. Poppy, punky, and fuzzy. Maybe it's just because of the low grade equipment I use, but my songs always turn into big saturated buzz-fests. At least with this one, it was no accident. As usual, recorded by myself with guitars and robots. Hope you enjoy. Lyrics inside.

we took each other in like strays
careful not to give it names
you don't name it and it don't have a soul
we slept thru all the awkward pauses
trying just to cut our losses
and oh
just to coast

sue me if i go too fast
or slow. i never know exactly
how the hell these things are 'sposed to go
but each move sets a precedent
and laws get passed by accident
they get stuck
set in stone

so call me up when you get off
and then when you get to my stop
i'll pick you up and take you anywhere
even tho, now we both know
there's just one place you wanna go
like i care
i don't care

es_de_bah: I expect to see you at the next BASSFIGHT!!!1!!!!!!!

You and your robots (Zogg ParaForm 911?) kick ass!! This had a really live feel, and not because of buzzyness but because of your flow and timing. Yea, with some of those bass runs and stuff...just great stuff.

i don't know what zogg paraform 911 means. honestly, i just use a 97 version of magix musicmaker to edit tracks and sequence and fruityloops for drums, loops and effects. my robots be basic.
my bass is a brandless halfsy my friend's father put together with spare parts. he sold it to me for $5 when he bought a real bass. the fret board and the pick guard/knob rack are currently held on by duct tape. so, i'm really glad you liked the bass, cause it means i don't have to buy a new one :)

Had you not mentioned it I could have thought the bass was one of those funky (artsy) 10grand things. Yea, it has a great sound.

Zogg, I'm affraid is some nerdy thing that was floating around the net a while back. It was a really innocent childrens book about living on a farm or something, but was then photoshopped to maked the characters evil Zogg robots from outer space.

Anyway, you rocked it! Keep it up!
