Aquamarine

Another Geese song. I wrote this for my wife, who was meeting her father for the first time at age 36. Hope you like it!

Aquamarine

Killing morning and tell me what I've done
As sure as vinegar, I swear my game is won
Game is won

Even though I'm told
I'm liking what I see
And it looks like gold
Turning aquamarine

Tired of playing roles, it's time to be myself
My equilibrium is caused by someone else
Someone else

Things are looking up; it's your best work yet
You've managed to avoid brand-new dynamite threat
Dynamite threat

One word aptly describes this song, and that word is ROCK.

Also, there's a little Dandy Warhols in the instrumentals.
