As a huge Nick Drake fan, my response is: hot damn. That's not too shabby at all. You nailed both the guitar and the vocals.

Were I to pick nits, I would suggest adjusting the Auto-Tune a bit. Especially towards the end, it's correcting your pitch too quickly.

Thanks all for the kind words. I posted a better mix of the song here if you're interested in downloading it. The original can be found on Drake's great, great album Pink Moon, a record I would recommend everyone spend some time with. My cover doesn't even compare to the breathtaking original.

Nice job on the remix. I downloaded both and the second is definitely better. Isn't it a bitch when the itch to post something doesn't let you wait till you get the perfect version? It happened to me a couple times, too.

In any case, I have to say it again, lovely song and great rendition.
