Oh yeah, you're supposed to comment on your own post for some reason. well, there's about 200 hours more of this kind of music lurking on my HD, with a few dozen more minutes of listenable tunes. Scathing feedback strongly encouraged.

i don't know what a subfounder is, or a steam directory, or flstudio, but i like this. who were those people who sampled lots of stuff, the avalanches? a little like that, but the spoken samples are surprisingly not disruptive to the music.

Errr, I don't know what a subfounder is, either. "Subfolder" is the word I was looking for. Getting compared to the avalanches is quite a boost of pride; I think I'll dig around for more FLS tunes that the black might like.
