I love this. Even though I kept waiting for a drumkit. (What's that little tinkle in the right channel at 0:23? String noise? I like it, either way.)

Back in the day when I first "found" your songs here I looked around to see if I could find more somewhere else, and I found this song in some other page I don't remember. I was thrilled and loved the beachboys feel it had, but the comments in that other site were really stupid. Really, really stupid.

The song is really good and it's great to hear you do so many different sounds (like country, in The Room at The End of the Hall, or the VelvetUndergroundy of Like Sun or this one.) and now that you posted it here I'm kinda torn. It's great that you are posting more songs, but I want another one that I haven't heard!

and uncleozzy, I believe that tinkle is a toy piano.

Talented MoFo is what I have to say. I have to smile while listening to this. I can totally imagine you fronting a band in a big show but this song is like the encore solo that makes the girls freak out. Seriously. Not kidding.

There's just two guitars and a shaker, so ya, it's just some wonky string noise.
Ya, mica, that site was Garageband. It pre-dated YouTube for YouTube-style comments.

That's exactly what I remembered, they were like youtube-hate messages with really, hmmm, creative spelling. Good to see you didn't take them seriously.

Great song. I'd also love to hear a really cymbal-heavy drum track come in unexpectedly late.
