  	<description>Sort of like a turnpike with stop signal switches, thinking from a loop bypass soon Alabama will have a turnpike and a loop will then exist to be capable to arrive at any location once being in the loop, the tunrpike will be a major influence of the loop. We see loops about cities by airlines and commercial tours via air and this is the ground version so once you have grasp the ground version your ready for the air version and then the space version so get tweaking the versions, a space loop will be a nice provision with every space launch crossing between the loop so it will not be intersected excepting perhaps by tourist and laser jumps to other worlds.</description>
