My first chiptune.

I just recently got a copy of LSDJ (an 8bit tracker) and an original game boy, and this is the first song I've created using it. I'm still only scratching the surface with the program, but even with a limited knowledge its still pretty capable.

Pretty nice. How are you liking LSDJ so far? Is it reasonably intuitive?

Nice, I had never heard of LSDJ before. This sounds like it was fun to make.

It doesn't take long to get a handle on the basics, but there are also so many parameters and other features that I have yet to explore.
And yeah, it is really fun to mess around with - it's almost like playing a game.

If you're interested in trying it out, there's another program called Nanoloop which is supposed to have a more intuitive interface but at the cost of less features. I haven't tried it myself but it's supposed to be good as well.
I like it a lot. Put a smile on my face.

Well, the fun you had with the program comes through in the music. It's a happy little piece. :-)

I should really look into the chiptune thing more; I'm a big fan of the aesthetic.
