Really good. I like the tabla style beats that become prominent around 3:10. I want to encourage you to add original vocals of some sort to it to take it beyond the BoC comparisons. If you thought that might be appealing I'd be happy to help to come up with something.

I never would have expected comparisons to Boards of Canada, especially since I originally made it to be a rap beat. But I guess upon relistening it does have similar qualities.

dobie: I'm not much of a vocalist myself, but it does sound appealing.

Although the drums work just fine, you could probably do a whole lot in terms of making them gooshier/dirtier-- think sliced up, pitch bent drum loops, that sort of thing. Right now, they sound a little too clean.

Of course then, i'm also a big BoC fan :)
