I had everything packed except for a piece of crap dell computer and a piece of crap yard sale guitar that I had paid 5 bucks for. My computer didn't have enough beans to playback a sample and also play the instrument that was plugged in so I tracked this whole thing with the guitar on my knee unamplified, and a drum loop playing. Throw in a little bass and a broken child's acoustic for rhythm tracks (courtesy of my son) and viola! rockstar wankery! I added all the effects to the acoustic and the electric after the fact using "guitar rig".
