For Heidi

I just recorded this in as long as it took to play it on a whim and a prayer solely to impress a girl. Just me, noodling on the banjo.

It's an extensively re-arranged and elaborately clawhammer'd version of the Irish song Shule Aroon. I emailed the file to her as "An intangible Xmas gift for you."

She thought it was beautiful and loved it.

Hey. This is great. Excellent fusion of clawhammer and irish trad. Baroque-sounding at times.
