Pretty straight forward cover of that Juno song (but not that Juno song). Features Grover the banjolele, the geetar, me trying to sing high, lots of timing issues, and way too much going on in general.

Done this afternoon as a present for my girlfriend. The 'Pcchww' noise is something she does while running around. It's cute, but probably pretty annoying in this song repeated over and over.

Maybe too late, but any thoughts? Was the higher singing a bit much? If I were to ever redo this, I would try a little harder to limit the amount of warble that occurs when I sing higher. I'm not trying to warble, but I'm not really holding it back, either.

Just because warbling is 'out' doesn't mean it isn't completely appropriate for the arrangement you have here. What I mean is, it really works. I like the percussive build up at the end a lot.

I think it's adorable and I don't mind the warble at all and seems true to the sort of anti-folk origins of this song in the first place.

sounding good. why didn't you show me this other stuff before? anything with that banjolele is worthy of my ears.
