Happiness

July 18, 2006 9:06 AM - played 64 times

This is off of my album "Long Story," recorded in summer 1999. It's instrumental acoustic guitar, with some Spanish guitar touches. If you like it, let me know, and I can post other parts of the album. It starts and finishes a bit abruptly because, on the album, each song musically runs into the next.

I'm a sucker for acoustic / Spanish guitar, so I might be a bit biased, but I loved the song. I can't wait to hear more :-)

Great! Wonderfully recorded and I love the stereo mix. It reminds me of the Beatles in some of the chord changes/passsges (in a good way, of course). Excellent playing.

Parts of it kind of vaguely remind me of the zither theme from The Third Man. I agree with Persona Non Grata - the stereo mixing is also real nice.

"Parts of it kind of vaguely remind me of the zither theme from The Third Man" - ah yes, toward the beginning.

I really love this track, please, please post more of the album!

Beautiful. Intricate but not navel-gazing. This one's a keeper! More please!

So I somehow missed this one for nearly a whole year, but shit, this is GOOD.
