You know, I was perplexed over this for awhile, but then it hit me: this must be one of the outtakes from The Velvet Undergound & Nico, right? This was track 12 on the Japanese remaster release, right?

Well, he couldn't, actually, unless he sent an email request to a mod asking for permission. I know, I know, he IS a mod. An email request to himself, is what I mean. Then, if he deemed the reason acceptable, he could delete it.
