Runnin'

In a huge creative drought for awhile, I found this old thing I wrote and recorded years ago. When I was new to Garageband.

I think I had some demons to work out at the time I wrote this, and I think I've done that.

I was immensely happy with the sound of it at the time. I hope you all like it almost as much as I enjoy getting to hear the music everybody posts around here, even if I haven't been myself, for which I apologize.

How long ago did you record this? Your style is still very evident.

And I was wondering why you haven't posted anything in a while. I assure you that your creative dry spell is no more fun for me than it is for you. :)

kingbenny is the only MetaFilter musician whose rss feeds I subscribe to, so when he uploads another of his beautiful songs I can hear it as soon as possible.
