A beepy bloop guitar song.

Some people like this sort of sound. I know I do.

Obviously, it's much easier to write music using a program that will play each part for you, instead of recording everything with real people using real instruments.

I have a feeling more people would like it if it were done the "real" way. Oh well.

Ha, I'm imagining tiny little 8-bit headbangers. RAWK!

It's so epic-yet-little!

What are you using to make this?

Thanks! I think with some dedication and equipment, I could make stuff like this sound "epic" and drop the "-yet-little" qualifier...but I do like this sound!

The program I use is called GuitarPro: http://www.guitar-pro.com/en/index.php

I have some recording equipment...but it's hard to spend all the effort to get everything recorded correctly when the chiptune-y program plays everything perfectly.

Nice. I like this. I heard the sustained high note toward the beginning as a Bruce Dickinson-esque falsetto wail, which was pretty sweet.

I really dug all the Doom sound effects in this track. They were there, right? I didn't just imagine them? Rockin!

Doom sound effects? You mean like the video game? Naw, everything is from GuitarPro.
