prayer song

ecstatic punk_metal love song with stereo distorted bass, country inflected vocals, and a few stolen lyrics. Kinda a follow up to this song.

just want to say, it's not that i'm afraid of writing a pretty love song, it's just that waves of distortion and fuzz make me happy and love-sick.

lyrics:
i want to tell you i've seen some weather. i want to tell you I've had some sex. i want to fill your head with the nonsense and bullshit and lack of perspective that I have been blessed with, and sing it like a song for you.

i want to thank the churn in my stomach. i want to thank the pain in my head. i want to thank the skin that has clung to cement, leaving my knees and palms hot and cheerfully red, and sing it like a song for you.

i want to tell you how i am grateful. i want to tell you how i'm ashamed. i want to tell you, dear, how i love you. i'm going to tell you don't be afraid. it'll be ok.

Joyfully, sweetly bonkers. In such a good way.

I like your vocal style. Reminds me of Black Francis.

Agreed. I wish I could vocal this well.

Oh, man, these guitar sounds are great. I don't know if I prefer the jagged one on the left of that throbbing one on the right. Excellent.
