Liked all but the screaming. Does screaming belong in music?

Does screaming belong in music?

I'm pretty sure that the answer to this question is "Yes."

yes i believe screaming does belong they are talking about the destruction of a civilization and the end of humanity, the screaming is supposed to convey a sense of urgency, thanks for listening.

I just wanted to say that I listened to this the other day and I thought it was awesome - up to, including, and especially the screaming. I have this weird obsession with the songs that are posted right after I post my songs, and this one was weirdly perfect – like a perfect segue, since it has sort of a pretty, bubbling side at the front end - and then the screaming. The perfect antidote to my soft sappiness.

The more I listen, the more I really like this. This is probably just showing my lack of experience, but this reminded me a bit of Les Savy Fav – maybe the guitar tone, maybe the structure.
