Blame

It's a new power pop composition. It's been a while since I posted a new song, and since this one makes me happy right now, I thought you might like it too.

Blame
(K Gruber)

It’s your fault I can’t tell the difference between the top and bottom
It’s your fault I can’t see the difference between who’s free and who’s forgotten

It’s your fault I gotta be the difference between the soft and harder
It’s your fault I gotta be the difference between both small and larger

You try to tell me that it’s going to be okay
You walk right past me and you say it anyway

Well, I ain’t gonna take the blame no more
When you play your stupid games
And then wallow around in that pain of yours
And everyone says your name

It’s your fault you can never tell the difference between the wrong and the right
It’s your fault you can never tell the difference between the song and the fight

YES HANDCLAPS

Yeah, this is a fun little song. I really like the "bass solo" at 3:12. (Right after that is when the tambourine should kick in!)

Yay! That was delightful.

(And maybe it was because I read his comment before listening, but, yeah, Karlos is right: tambourine right after the bass break.)

Two votes for the tambo. Now I just have to see if I am imagining what you're imagining... fingers crossed.
