Airbag

My contribution for the July challenge. Just a few pianos and vocals. Thanks JaiMahodara for singing.

I discovered Radiohead about the same time I discovered Reich and maybe it shows a little.

NICE.

I was surprised by the arrival of the vocals, and then after a bit they seemed right, proper, and fitting. excellent work all round.

This is great. It's playful, but also focused, and I really dig the massive sound of all the pianos underneath the sort-of-airy vocals. Really nice.

With all the piano music out there, few artists employ the full range of the beast. Thank you for rectifying this.

I love it. Literally and figuratively. Fucking brilliant.

The Harp of New Radiohead. F. Uck. Somewhere, Terry Riley is shaking hands with Thom Yorke, and Steve Reich just forgot about the fact that there was just a marathon concert in honour of his music at the Mass MoCA Bang on a Can Summer Music Festival 3 days ago.

Did you actually track all of this, or is it sequenced? It definitely sounds real. Please be real.

Please be real...

This has an ever-so-vague Ligeti piano etude feeling in parts.

Wow, this seriously gives me chills. It reminds me of the Bad Plus version of Velouria - dynamic and dissonant and just massive sounding.
