This is great! Didn't want to listen 'til I posted my version...good thing I didn't or I totally would have scrapped mine! Really good vocals.

Wow awesome groove. Really relaxed, this has such a nice laid-back feel.

Oh, man, this is really great. Love the breakdown chorus and the hand claps especially.

Hey people, just thought to check this page now - thanks so much for the comments and the props! This was a really, really fun project to work on. I have a Moonage Daydream cover posted as well, and am thinking about adding a Lady Stardust version and calling it an EP. Ziggy Stardust was a pretty great record, eh?

Love this - it has a really 70s sound, like you and your band just made this after hearing Bowie's version for the radio on the first time. The vocals on the chorus kind of make me think of Pink Floyd.

This is awesome. It's like a hippy doing Bowie. That's the vibe anyway. No idea if you are a hippy or not, but that's what I was thinking. Love this.

Echoing the love for the vocals, although I'm not really getting "laid-back" from them so much as intensity and ...relish? if that makes sense. The musical accompaniment is great too, but it's the singing that makes this version distinctive. Spun this one a few times!
