At 2:36 I quote a song that my parents always used to play growing up. I think it is a Tears for Fears song but I'm not sure. If anyone could ID this song for me I would be really grateful, it's an awesome song but I have no idea where to find it, I haven't heard it in years. Bit of a guitar feature on this one Cheers CA

This is excellent. I wish there were a bit more low bass, but maybe that's just me.

You're definitely right about that. I did some pretty bold EQ-ing on the master track before rendering, but I should have checked out the mastering on a couple sets of speakers rather than just mixing for my headphones. That was a crucial oversight that hurt the final product. I have a bad habit of cutting corners right at the final stages of wrapping up a track, as I'm usually just started to get bored & am eager to move onto something new. Trying to learn to be more patient & thorough; feedback like this definitely helps!

Glad you enjoyed it anyways!

So I found out what the song quote is - it's "29 Palms" by Robert Plant, from the album "Fate of Nations". Thank goodness, that would have driven me crazy.
