I play mandolin and haven't written anything new in entirely too long. Today I remedied that while also facing my fear of writing/playing in the key of F.

Old-timey goodness. What is it you fear about the key of F?

Johnny - I'm just uncomfortable with it, don't know chops in it, etc, though forcing myself to write in F definitely improved that a bit.
