If I were to spend more time on it, though, the only part I'd really fix is the "whoa-oh-oh" stuff during the bridge... Fix that, and maybe add a couple more harmonies there. Maybe punch up the latter choruses with some vocal doubling.

It's supposed to be more of a ranting screamer than a singing song anyway.

The lyrics make me laugh. "We could have diplomatic relations" is a truly odd come-on line. I'd watched Dr. Strangelove too many times and it all just sort of ... popped in there all at once.

Any lack in the vocals is more than made up for by the guitar and bass parts. The guitar solo was something I kind of thought up on the spot when recording it after deciding the bridge sounded too thin. I'm not much of a lead guitar player, but I think this one manages to be both really simple and pretty cool.

That last chorus really hits you over the head (in a good way).

I've gotten some very odd looks playing this one at open mics. Hee.

You come here a Saturday morning and find a song with lyrics inspired by Dr. Strangelove... Man, this is my kind of place.

Cool song, sparkletone. You could up the bass a little bit too, if you ask me. It would give the whole thing some more body.
