If I was to describe this song with sarcastic overtones, I would say this is a regular run-of-the-mill ageispolis techno song. Well, it's not. This song is anything but typical of what I usually produce. Vocals, emotion, melody, structure... christ, what's gotten into me!?

No, no, listen man, this kind of thing is what will pull you out of the herd of faceless techno programmers and into the white-hot spotlight of mass attention! Trust me! I like it too. Tis fun and something about the vocal in the first 3 seconds had me thinking this was gonna be an ELO cover ;)

What ever got into you, you need to let it in more often.

Your other stuff is good, I would go so far as to say very good, but flapjax has it right, there's not exactly a shortage of that type being produced.

This is double plus good with a fucking kick in the pants.

I also get a definite Howard Jones vibe, don't know if that is intentional or not.
