When the Sun and Moon Do Shine

January 9, 2009 1:21 AM

A New Great Depression era jaunt with undertones of cracked optimism. Thanks to RussHy for the inspiration through the lyrics challenge.

I played with my clock speed a bit on this to record at different speeds. In the process I started listening to music here on mefimu and double speed. If you ever have the chance listen to the page at 96kHz.

Pardon the language but I was in fucking heaven.

. . . until Firefox disappeared and I lost these forms and had to re-upload the song. It was worth it and I will be doing much more of this, only not while upping a song.

Happy 9 day old Year!

Real solid chord progression, I like the switches between major and minor. Smokin solo as well!

Ya, that lead guitar is really beautiful, all the way through. I'm envious.

I wasn't sure if this was too goofy or not. I've been working alone for the first time in a while and perspective has been a little tough to maintain. I really appreciate the comments.

That's awesome... makes me wish I could play like that. Really great feel.
