A sub-2-minute garage-pop type of deal

Real vocals and guitars, fake amps and drums courtesy of Logic. I've never been a big fan of amp-modelling software, but I kinda like the way it sounds on this one.

I like this, but the drums feel a little weirdly mixed - the cymbals are super-loud but there's not much of the rest of the kit coming through a lot of the time. That might be the sound you're going for, but for me it strikes a weird halfway-house where I want either the drums to be louder or the rest of the track to behave itself a little more and play nicely with them.

I assume this was recorded live during rehearsal? I like the song but there is a lot of speaker fuzz there. Likely that would be cleared out in a studio environment. Buzz buzz fuzz - high energy.

I love it! Sounds really cool, very lo-fi indie feel. Reminds me of Yo La Tengo and such cool stuff.

All that said, the drums need improving upon, needs to be as energetic as the rest of the song (as greenish has pointed out). Cause the guitars are all muffled up (which is fine by me, very cool sound) I think it would be a nice counterpoint to have the drums a little bit louder, give it the drivers seat so I can bounce a little bit! I'd check out Mefites very own Brodyaga as I've found his mix for the drums exceptionally good :)

I like the song, just needs a little bit of improvement at the mixing stage to get that across.
