In world news, Russia was expelling diplomats, North Korea had tested a nuclear bomb, almost 1000 people were shot in Las Vegas by one gunman, so it became something else, a love song for lovers in a time of fear.

This track switches between three time signatures, and features an intro with a style of singing I guess one could call very vaguely eastern. It's a slow and gentle affair with softly distorted ebowed guitar, piano, and xylophone. It also includes a guitar solo in which a single note is played repeatedly. And lyrics that are pretty silly. I butchered a bumper sticker and pasted "Love You Next Monday" On my acoustic. Tonite there were a bunch of people drinking and making noise outside in my parking lot. I got bored and made this tune to drown out the noise. Headsets are a wonderful thing.
