A "disgruntled" version of a song I've been playing with for a while. Wrote the 'actual' song, but ended up preferring this nasty explosion of multi-tracked vocal and noise to the acoustic version.

Continuing with my beat-oriented theme of late. Autechre-like, but they're still 1,000 times better than I am. This one's noisy and glitchy, just the way I like it.

This ear-piercing ambient piece was made in 2003, part of a release called Ultraviolet. I was listening to a lot of Terre Thaemlitz at the time, particularly Soil.

My second song ever, made in Ableton Live. I figured out how to use the automation controls for better fades in/fades out, and I think it has a cleaner sound overall than my first one. Comments welcome.

Many layers of distortion and sampling create a blanket of noise that I find beautiful and terrifying. Please to be playing this as loud as possible.

This is essentially a remix of The Dark Room. It's robotic, entrancing, and a little creepy if you play it really loud. The only real quality of this track that holds it to the original is our surprise guest named Flute. And maybe a pad or something. I can't really remember.

Burnt the fire of thine eyes?
On what wings dare he aspire?
What the hand dare seize the fire?

I love evolving a feeling or a story out of feedback. This uses the free DFX Transverb plug with Ableton Live, where I set up various send channels to feed on and eventually destroy each other.
