Radiohead - "Nude (Strings Remix)"

The result here is spending a few free days on my couch with my violin and computer. I would love all comments/criticism from anybody, as this is something I'd like to continue experimenting with. (I guess if you like it, you can vote by clicking on the plus sign and pass the link onto anybody else). http://www.radioheadremix.com/remix/?id=1196 Thanks! [more inside]

I needed to actually finish something, and finish it quickly, or risk my sanity. This is how I spent last night (and an hour or so tonight doing a final mixing pass). [more inside]

Whatever You Want To Call It

Several years ago, a friend loaned me this AV Geeks DVD and recommended that I watch The ABCs of Sex Education for Trainables. I wasted no time in sampling selected bits of the film into a song, and I've dug it up for your NSFW pleasure. [more inside]

Fincha cha cha Remixed

About five years ago (when I was 13 and pre-pubescent) I recorded a little ditty. Now, five years later, my mate has remixed it and I love the result!

The Choir Song (two thousand seven mix)

Here's a track I made a while ago that I recently took a new stab at. It sounds retrodancey because well, that's all I could sound like back in the day.

Sgt. Pepper 2.0

A parody of A Day in the Life, penned earlier today by the highly overrated gentleman known as It's Raining Florence Henderson in response to disturbing revelations. Apologies to John. Paul can stuff it.

Little Brother's Had Enough

This track samples the (totally killer) acoustic riff from Grizzly Bear's "Little Brother". This song started off solely as a hip-hop track, but then I decided to leave in a portion of the original as a hook. The song now sounds like somewhat of a genre fusion... "Folk-Hop" maybe?

At the Open Mic (Cortex vs Los Muchachos Mexicanos)

I liked cortex's song so much I had my band record a backing track for it.

The Bright Room

This is essentially a remix of The Dark Room. It's robotic, entrancing, and a little creepy if you play it really loud. The only real quality of this track that holds it to the original is our surprise guest named Flute. And maybe a pad or something. I can't really remember.

La toune de Blade.

In 2000, my friends were into the techno track that is featured in the first rave scene in the movie Blade. I was into Bogdan Raczynski. Armed with Goldwave, a Blade OST and 21 lt of Kik Cola, I came up with this for my friends' party. ST-EUSTACHE, REPRESENT.

Bang Camaro - Push Push (DJ Die Young Bootleg Mix)

I, under my other moniker, DJ Die Young, did a remix of one of the best bands on the Guitar Hero 2 roster and Boston's own, Bang Camaro. The track was made by cutting up the full mp3 version of the original track. Hope you like it!

Ever So Lonely Eyes by Sheila Chandra (Tragic Tech ReMix)

My teenage brother's trance remix of Indian alternative-pop superstar Sheila Chandra's haunting lyrics to "Ever So Lonely Eyes." Done, of course, for fun and without permission and with no rights assumed. Of all his little projects, this is my favorite.

Like a Sunrise featuring Diane Jessurun

I went looking for some Creative Commons acapellas to muck around with, and this is the result - something a bit trip-hop and soulful, based on this vocal performance from Diane Jessurun. I'm not too unhappy with the result. CC2006.

Ringle Bock Jell

A remix of PinkStainlessTail's classic holiday anthem Jingle Bell Rock. I had such high hopes for this when I started, intending it to be even more annoying than original, but I kind of lost the will to live partway through doing it. Consider it then to be permanently incomplete.
