After reading a few comments, I've decided to make the soundtrack to a video game that doesn't exist.

Jesus, I love this. Just tone perfect action scroller music. I listen to this and I am a goddam ninja running along a dark wet street with lightning in the background and enemies dropping in from all side. Dropping in and getting owned, and me not dropping a step.
A ninja with a gun, dammit. So sweet.

I used to play Satio-MEGA! on the TurboGrafx 16.
The blimp level was impossible.

Fantastic. Had I heard this with no context, I definitely would have been wracking my brain trying to remember what game I heard it in, so hey; mission accomplished.

I second Cortex. I'm gonna go grab my ninja gear and run amok with this on repeat.
