Loading Soundfiles in a controller using AcidPro 7

Loading sound files into the M-Audio Axiom 49 controller using Acid Pro 7.
I am trying to use my Axiom49 to control a file folder containing sound files in order to easily manipulate them.
I am using AcidPro 7.0c as my DaW, I have Abbleton Live 8 & 9, Cool Edit Pro, Fl Studio's and several others but prefer Acid Pro as a Daw.
I have 8 sound files in one folder and would like to manipulate them all at the same time. I have done this once before by separating each sound file in Zone's and Groups on my Axiom but cannot remember how I did that for the life of me.
Can Anyone please give me the simplest solution to accomplish this?
Thank you very much for your replies.
