When Valkyries Fly

Starts out beefy, goes a little emo. Which is OK if you're into that sort of thing. Screaming and gnashing of teeth and whatnot.

The band is This Is Ammunition, I'm on the bass. This was recorded in a studio of sorts in Kowloon a few months ago, then I think it was mixed by our guitarist a couple weeks ago, but don't hold me to that.

I love your description which is just so to the point in an understated way.

I don't know what I was expecting, but this wasn't it. Man, that is fucking brutal. It's not the kind of thing that I listen to every day, but it really, really appeals to me. The mix is a little scooped for me (and maybe boomy in the bottom), and way too loud, but maybe that's the aesthetic. Either way, I dig this.

Totally cool. I like the guitars a lot (lead and bass). You've got one hell of a screamer in your band, too!
