DOWN THE ROAD

heaven might be a woman
heaven might be a lie
if i'm gone in the morning
honey don't you wonder why

down the road's where you'll find me ...

climb to the top of the mountain
look out across the sea
i got to thinking just maybe
this town ain't the place to be

down the road's where you'll find me ...

boss man counting his money
prisoner pulling his chain
woman putting on her makeup
i'm getting on a train

down the road's where you'll find me ...

heard your daddy's asking about me
my own daddy didn't really care
anyway there ain't much to say
'cept that life is never really fair

down the road's where you'll find me ...

i heard about that diamond
i was supposed to keep in my mind
i tried my best but honey i guess
i'm just not the keeping kind

Nice. Are you playing a kick drum or something in the video? Also, how do you keep from cracking your teeth with that thing?

Thanks, Karlos.

No kick drum: a little stomp box is what I'm using. It's just a little wedge of wood with a piezo pickup in it. And the teeth thing is no problem: the instrument is made of wood, and I hold the mouthpiece with the lips inly, never touching the teeth

inly = only
