The Request Raffle: updates, remaining challenges, help needed?

October 18, 2013 2:52 AM

Two weeks to go: what we've got so far, help people might need, and challenges still to come :)

With two weeks to go until the deadline, the Request Raffle challenge has already thrown up some awesome results! dubold, uncleozzy, ochenk, dagosto and me are all over the line with ours, and there are hopefully many more to come!

So, does anyone need any help with theirs? Shout out here if so, and we'll see if any other MeFiMufites can muck in.

Also, I have some lonely requests that haven't been allocated yet. If anyone still wants to take part, or has completed a request and wants another one, let me know!

I'd like to take a crack at request.

Damn. I was really into doing mine, but the month-long trip to the states I'm embarking on (on the 24th) means that all my free time (not in great supply in the first place) has been getting eaten up with all the details of preparation, tying up various loose ends, and so forth. So, greenish, if you need to pass off my Challenge to someone else who can do it (and it's a fun one!) please go ahead and do so. Sorry about that!

And hey, you New Yorkers (or Pittsburghers, or Birminghamians or denizens of Youngstown Ohio) please come to one of my shows in October or November!

Back in the game, right then - I'll send out requests to the new challengers!

I'm up for another if there are any to be had.

That sounds like a prank request! I think I'll pass, but good luck.
