"Just watch me": noisy & dubby
Yeah Yeah
What happens when you let your seven year old son take over your home project studio for a few minutes? Turns out, you get experimental electronic fun (with help from dad). [more inside]
Lama (Dunaewsky69 Remix)
This is one spacey tangent-filled whirlwind of an electronic mix, slicing elements of Ummagma's original version of 'Lama' into a whacked factory of digital sound - not for the light hearted when it comes to electronica, but certainly worth the trip :)
Lama (Dunaewsky69 Remix)
Kiev-based electronic instrumentalist Dunaewsky69 (a.k.a. Oleksandr Gladun) is one of Eastern Europe's most productive DJs. Otherwise dubbed as the "electronic pilot", his most recent EP "Termination Voice" was nominated for the Qwartz Electronic Music Award. This is his latest remix for Ummagma "Lama".
This remix is a departure from the original Ummagma version of "Lama", but hopefully you can also appreciate this remix. [more inside]
Exploration
Instrumental; checking out what my new Axiom 61 can do with Logic. [more inside]
in memories
A collaboration with non-mefite Riadsala, who sometimes records bass for me. This is a pretty strange track, with a lot of effects going on, with a weirdish tempo change into the chorus which is backed by something in the vein of guitar shredding. [more inside]
Crepuscule (Two)
Ambient, experimental electronica designed to evoke a dawn over a toxic waste dump, or something. [more inside]
If There Is Any News
This song is by Skist (my duo with singer/electronicist Haruna Ito). It's from our new CD. [lyrics inside]
Ever So Lonely Eyes by Sheila Chandra (Tragic Tech ReMix)
My teenage brother's trance remix of Indian alternative-pop superstar Sheila Chandra's haunting lyrics to "Ever So Lonely Eyes." Done, of course, for fun and without permission and with no rights assumed. Of all his little projects, this is my favorite.
we all have disguises (live edit)
This is a song that was done live on 6/26/2006 at an afterparty here in detroit. the venue was stucco's warehouse. Listen as my audio buffer dies at the end. A proper version will probably come out someday.
