Some noisy, synth-driven ambience from my new album, Never a chance.
A nearly-finished track. Looking for suggestions. I feel like I should add a field recording of some kind, but I'm not sure what kind. I'm feeling a little bit of speech. [more inside]

Summertime gives me a lot of time to write music. Especially outside. This track samples "Do While" by Oval. I wanted to turn an ambient track into something a bit more danceable. Any thoughts?
An ambient song with some loops and drums and stuff. The first thing I've written in months.

this is some noodling on a lap steel (i'm a double bassist by trade), stuck through a delay and processed a bit afterwards. it's too long (i would recommend doing your own fadeout at around 2.40), but it's sort of pretty.
Just a little rhythmic experiment, not actually gamelan but reminiscent.
Some shifting noise and randomness. [more inside]

I'm doing an album this month, and this is the first thing I've recorded for it. I think the album will be mostly or completely instrumental, but we'll see. [more inside]
This is a quiet, meditative, minimalist instrumental piano piece, with occasional visits by vibes, fretless bass and lap steel guitar. You might want to play it somewhat loudly to hear some of the softer notes. Do you think it's finished, or should I add something? [more inside]
Lush, ambient, electronic, M83 style song. I would love nitpicking or suggestions!

A song written last Friday after voting and then immediately after seeing the election results. It's kind of transformed into an elegy or threnody for dead protesters, too. It's agressive and ambient at the same time. [more inside]
Mine is the last voice you will ever hear.
This collage, like this one, this one and this older one, has been mostly done through the use of a looping device and a guitar. And some ambient sounds too. Last part designed to propitiate meditation.
