Enharmonic
Its been a while! Inspiration struck, and while I was unconscious this is what it recorded. Hope you enjoy it! [more inside]
Medieval
A slow, two line piece on classical guitar, not really in a medieval style but I wasn't sure what else to call it! Hope everyone who takes the time to listen to it enjoys it. [more inside]
East of the Middle
Stylistically I'm not sure where this piece sits, the opening scale is a little Middle Eastern (deliberately) but the rest of the piece ... well have a listen and see what you think. I always intended to record a lead guitar over the top (but never got around to doing it...), so its a little repetitive in the middle section.
Hirajoshi
Third in my "Can I Play" series, can I play pseudo Japanese koto sounding music? the opening and closing melody is in the hirajoshi scale, hence the name of the song. Performed in two parts on my classical guitar.
Laid Back
Came up with this on a Sunday afternoon, after a long sleep in and a greasy breakfast. Short, instrumental guitar piece like the rest I've posted :)
Beginnings
Another laid back instrumental guitar piece performed on my classical guitar. One of my favourites, though I possible went a little overboard with the compression. Hope its enjoyed by all.
Enigma
Instrumental piece on a classical guitar, recorded with two parts. Kind of slow, relaxing, and was an attempt to make slight harmonic clashes easier on the ear. Don't worry, its not twelve tone serialism or anything!
El Magia
Slow instrumental guitar piece performed on classical guitar. Similar in style to my previous pieces Together and Touching
Together
Laid back guitar pop, on a classical guitar - written for a friends wedding.
