A resurrected ditty from more than a decade ago -- finally retooled it and recorded it properly. Another Geese tune. I originally wrote it for my then-infant son Mikey (who was heard on other recent tunes I've submitted to MeFi Music). I think it has an old-school flavor (with a pinch of the Monkees and ABBA). A song made famous by Nirvana, I recorded it this afternoon with my son Mikey on the lead vocals. It's fun, bouncy, and it even rocks. Mikey's almost 13 and I think, despite having a rough little voice, he can hit the notes and maybe even could be a heck of a singer one day if he so chose. "Let's rock!"

Another Geese song! I wrote this song a little more than ten years for the woman who eventually became my wife. My original recording was simply me and a guitar, neither sounding particularly good. This is a nearly-completed song I wrote for a couple of friends who are about to move to northern New Jersey (I'm originally from there) but my wife and I will miss them once they leave. As a going-away present, I wrote and recorded this. They don't know about it yet. It's meant to be a driving-down-the-highway-top-down-car-full-of-girls-all-singing-the-catchy-rock-chorus sort of power pop song. Throw me some feedback.

I've been working on this song for 18 months -- sort of. I have had the whole thing essentially finished that whole time... except for the verse tune. Tonight, I finally got it. Power pop complete with organ solo!
