Living Ain't Worth Dying For

We were going for a John Cougar Mellencamp, Americana, country-rock thing. We have no interest in having a message, hence the stupid words. And we think vague singing about "Uncle Sam", "the war", "the factory", etc., is funny.

I co-wrote and performed some, but most credit goes to hotbeard, especially for vocals and lead guitar.

Man, you nailed it perfectly. It sounds exactly like you wanted (and it sounds good). Also, perhaps you and snsranch could share a "war" or "veterans" tag.

As I was typing this I got to the clapping. Very nice. Cool song, erikgrande.

I don't know whether to wave my small American flag or burn it. Nice work!

Yea, well done! The dad parts remind me of my dad (vietnam vet). Thanks for posting this. Rockin'!
