Someone is reliable but grouchy. Something very bad might have happened.
I got my neighbour to play the accordian.

I love accordian-playing neighbors and this song.

thanks for the ego strokes, I needed that.
ya, my neighbour is an awesome multi-instrumentalist who actually does stuff with his music, as opposed to me, cowering in my basement.
saul: yes.

well, hello again, then--we've met before, in a manner of speaking. way back when audiogalaxy was still around, we corresponded a few times. i was in a band called tangemeenie at the time; you sent me a copy of the CD with Like Sun and a bunch of other great pop songs on it. anyway, i was just thinking about those songs again the other day, and suddenly here you are. weird. nice to bump into you again, and i hope all's going well.

Terrific; the phrasing and time sig. are really attention-getting. Sweet.

My god, this is mindblowingly good. It bears a startling resemblance to Elliott Smith's work, but it's not at all derivative; the accordion adds a fantastic and unique touch. Great job!

Also, please convince your neighbor to play accordion on my songs too! Sounds great!
