i just couldn't bring myself to do a journey song - just couldn't do it - so runner up is creed, a band that i rather dislike, except - even though they do this in their usual sludgy, draggy style, i hear something in this song they didn't - and so ...

That percussion track is cool. Is it a loop, or what?
I agree with threeants, it's a nice vibe. I like the piano bits, especially. I've never heard the original (a theme this month), but this is pretty.

i programmed it in reason and used various filters and lfos to vary the shakers and djembe loops

You make these lyrics sound inspired. Creed is performance art. How else can you explain the video to My Sacrifice and this acoustic, singing biceps video.
