The ending to a track with no beginning yet. Could use advice on how to reach this point, I guess.

It sounds pretty cohesive to me as it is! But to give it more of an intro feel, maybe you could delay the percussion by a few more measures?

Yeah this sounds great to me. I really like it, and I don't think it needs anything else at the beginning.
