This song was recorded with my old band, Niche, 7 years ago. That's me as an angsty teenager, putting on my best impression of mid-90's alternative.

A fantastic piece of symphonic music with deep connections to electronica,
joe's last mix by Tanner Menard is a fun ride (this performance is by one of my ensembles with me conducting). I've posted this
before, but he and I are doing something different with the piece, and I'm wondering if any of you are interested in participating....

In 2001 some friends and I bought a used answering machine that still had the tape in it. From what we could figure out, it belonged to someone named Marta. Anyway, we set some of the messages to the melodies we felt they deserved (using the hokiest canned drums the Boss BR-8 had to offer).

A 1 minute, 43 second ditty. This was the first thing I did when I got Garage Band 2 years ago. All the drum loops are stock, and I'm riffing on bass & "lead" bass. I improvised over the groove until I got something I liked, then looped it.

A song written with my friend Will (who does the main singing, me the secondary) for a movie another friend is making about two guys going after the same girl.

This is my former band,
Heat Lorraine. I'm lead guitar on this track.
We had broken up already when we played this show. There was a lot of resentment floating around. We'd all had a few drinks before we went on, but our lead singer (and rhythm guitarist) Brian was drinking with a vengence.
