Tough Love Black Eye
Punk, metal, jazz, slack, folk and noise. This pretty much typifies the grab bag that was my band, Big Ghost. Like trying to get Pavement and RHCP to agree on California rock. It's a mess, but it was our kinda mess. [more inside]
Heard and Said
I tried to imagine what Duran Duran's "Notorious" would sound like if it were originally written by Japanese funk band Zoobombs.
The Happiness of Not Having to Lift Things
This is a new piece our band, Falex9, is developing. We didn't know what to do with it lyric-wise until after we finally got a permanent rehearsal room in Seattle and realized how happy we were that we didn't have to lug our gear around anymore. Spacetalk
A Van Winkle side project, Kurt Kostokos on guitar and drums, and Dave Appelbaum on keyboards. Definately of an exploratory sonic nature...
Meat And Crackers
Me on keyboards with Van Winkle (bass, drums, electric guitar)
Zoe Aionios
life in the age to come... starts out as da funk, and goes somewhere far, far, away.
Champagne Jam (Part 2) - Audiosports
This track is part 2 of a 23 minute mega mash up with a steady beat and some obscure samples. When I played this set live, I was happy to see people breakin' to it. Cool! http://www.albertoforero.com
