Blue Train (the slow one)

I loved baby_balrog and his band's rollicking original of this tune. For this cover, I figured I'd take the train down another track: slowed way down (down on the ground), stripped way down (just vocal and strumstick), and with a little different shade of blue for the engineer's hat.

like the tension this song sustains with the octave-up and the straight hum. the only time you hear the low bassy root is from the sliding up of your voice, so it sounds eerie.

All that listening to old, old Blues recordings shows through here. I really like this old style Bblues. Very well done, flapjax.

This is my new favorite song of yours. You seem to dig pretty deep vocally on this one and I don't mean tonally, I mean depth of feeling. I dig it!
