Yes, pretty much. If you haven't, you should check out Vicki Bennett's wonderful project People Like Us, which initially blew my mind on collages years ago. She has tons of stuff to download and there was a great FPP about her podcasts with Ergo Phizmiz (another great sound collagist) recently as well.
