It's Kinda Nice

Gritty Low-Fi Hip-Hop beat with freestyle.

My first time freestyling outside of my shower. It didn't turn out too terrible.

No instruments were used in the making of this beat. It's mostly a cappella with a little bit of hitting various objects with my hands and a bunch of editing. I used Audacity freeware and the intrinsic mic on my laptop.

self-deprecating rap. that is kinda nice.

this track reminds me that i need to start listening to more freestyle. it's very organic and human and unpretentious. the mainstream stuff really gives material like this a bad, um, reputation.
