LSD turns hot dogs into talking troll dolls? Who wouldn't want that? Followup to this.

Back in 2007 I posted this, and mentioned another one I'd done based on another video on the same DVD. Here it is, and it actually predates the other one, although I don't have an exact date. Added bonus: I went looking for an online copy of the video, and found it as #6 in this collection of fifteen terrible anti-crime PSAs. [previously: the nine weirdest PSAs ever made]

That said, this rules. I adore that screaming/shrieking sound. I think it's definitely a pterodactyl.
