California

This is a song I wrote while working in a sandwich shop in Providence, RI in 1997. I was contemplating a move to California once I'd saved enough money. The chorus is borrowed from an old band-mate, Joe Healey.

This version is performed with The Phobes, a band I formed in San Francisco in 2000. There were three of us.
