Collab Opportunity! (draft)

Who wants to lay down a DEADLY SOLO over this track, oh, that's right, YOU DO. (blank section starts at 2:13)

So I totally am in the mood for some Unreal Collab Times. I've got this tune in the works that gets pretty real at 2:13, and I'm wondering if someone wants to take a crack at throwing down some savage, unstoppable licks over the groove. It can be any lead instrument*, as long as you just play 300% hard and just lose it all over the place. That is the kind of solo I am looking for. The sonic equivalent of Charlie Parker getting punched in the face by Bruce Springsteen, except Charlie doesn't get angry, he just decides to quit doing heroin and him and the Boss turn around and start scratching on some decks**.

Maybe that's a little extreme but what I'm trying to say is the groove at 2:13 gets me STOKED and I want it to get YOU STOKED FOR SOLOING, so if that is the case, please feel free to send me a recording of you throwing down on this track, maybe along with an isolated wav of just your instrument so I can mix it and whanot.

Oh yeah! I forgot about rapping, anyone who wants to SPIT SOME RHYMES is definitely welcome as well. In fact that might be the best idea yet. Somebody rhyme over this please.

This is a lovely track -- I've got something for the solo but it's a bit hard to play so I'm going to practice it and send it to you. It's got a kind of Isley Brothers feel.

This track is killer! Killer enough, in fact, to warrant my first ever Metafilter comment. I'm excited to hear what unSane has for you, but if you still need or are interested in further collaboration, let me know! I'd love to lay down some vocals or some synth leads on this.

I initially found it really hard to figure a solo out because of the slightly counterintuitive way the chord changes syncopate over the 1. But that bass groove is an absolute killer once you get your head round it... the syncopation gives it this restless feel that never wants to stop. I liked it so much I'm trying do a cover using traditional instrumentation...
